Prevalence of pregnant women with malaria in Aceh, symptoms and fetomaternal outcome

چکیده

WHO estimates that as many 300 to 500 million people are infected with malaria each year. There around 3 severe cases (complicated malaria) and deaths due malaria. Other sources revealed 1.5 2.7 die every year, especially children pregnant women. Malaria is a disease emerging continues affect the of Aceh. in pregnancy serious problem considering its effects on mother fetus, which can increase maternal neonatal mortality rates if not treated quickly accurately. Prevention be started early through ANC visits by providing health education about prevention prophylactic treatment for those living endemic areas. The purpose this review discuss classification Aceh Province according level susceptibility was based API value criteria, prompt will improve fetal outcomes.
